Welcome!

You've come to the right place for up to date information about internship, volunteer and job opportunities, as well as college application and scholarship deadlines, field trips, and events happening on campus. You'll also find posts on how to be as successful as possible when planning for your future!

At the bottom of this page you will find a google calendar with information about events, application deadlines, and program information. I find it easiest to navigate the calendar in "agenda" view, which you can switch it to by clicking the "agenda" tab in the upper right hand corner of the calendar.

In addition to the blog, we frequently send out emails with information that is then posted on the blog. Whether your a student, parents, or community member please feel free to join the list serve! You can do this by emailing me the message "add to list serve": macdanme@hsd401.org.

If you have any questions or need any support please stop into the LTI Office or College and Career Center, send an email, or call.

Field Trip

HHS is taking a field trip to the
National College Fair
on November 15th

*Bus leaves at 7:30 and will return by the end of the school day

Learn more about hundreds of colleges from all over Washington State, the country, and overseas!

**There are only 100 spaces available. If more than 100 students are interested in attending we will be using a lottery system to award students a seat on the bus.

This is how it works:

1) Come to the College and Career Center to pick up a permission slip
2) Have your permission slip signed and returned by November 1st
3) If there are more than 100 permission slips, we will draw names to determine who will get a seat on the bus. If there are less than 100, you will have a space on the bus.
4) If there are still spaces available after November 1st, students will be invited to come on a “first come first serve” basis with the submission of their permission slips.

**If you would rather not miss a day of school, the National College and Career Fair will also be open to the public on Sunday Nov. 14th from 12-4
**Priority given to Seniors and Juniors with special consideration for students who cannot provide their own transportation on Sunday for financial reasons

Come to the College and Career Center to pick up your field trip permission slip
