The Highline High School Alumni Subject Scholarships are finally available!! All seniors who are planning to attend a 2 year, 4 year, tech or community college next year should APPLY!! Subjects include: English, Social Studies, Math, Science, Business, World Language, Art/Ceramics, Photography, and Music. Each scholarship will have different requirements. There are links to lots of great scholarships on Mrs. Tanueco’s scholarships site, including the “Highline Council PTSA” scholarship. This scholarship is only available to students in the Highline District who plan to attend college next year. I highly recommend filling out this scholarships application as well. The deadline for the YMCA College Scholarships is quickly approaching! If you are a graduating senior, have ever been involved with the YMCA in any way, and are a King County or South Snohmish County resident you could be eligible for 4 YMCA scholarships. The application is available in the College and Career Center. DEADLINE March 18th, 2011

There are lots of scholarships posted in the College and Career Center and EVEN MORE in the Counsiling Office. Don't pass up the opportunity to apply!
