At the bottom of this page you will find a google calendar with information about events, application deadlines, and program information. I find it easiest to navigate the calendar in "agenda" view, which you can switch it to by clicking the "agenda" tab in the upper right hand corner of the calendar.

In addition to the blog, we frequently send out emails with information that is then posted on the blog. Whether your a student, parents, or community member please feel free to join the list serve! You can do this by emailing me the message "add to list serve": macdanme@hsd401.org.

Attention Juniors: Mathematics Summer Program @ UW

The UW College of Engineering is pleased to present the 2011 UW College of Engineering Mathematics Academy.

The Math Academy is an intensive, four-week residential program held on the Seattle UW Campus in the summer. It is designed to help high-achieving rising seniors develop the math and problem-solving skills necessary to succeed in engineering disciplines, and exposes students to a variety of examples of engineering research and careers in practice.

Who Should Apply: The Math Academy accepts applications from current juniors (class of 2012) who will complete a minimum of pre-calculus by the 2010-11
